Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Michigan, Dearborn, USA. He holds a PhD degree on Computer Science from the Computing Research Center (CIC) of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) in Mexico. He is a Computer Systems Engineer graduated from the Higher School of Computing (ESCOM). His research interest areas are but not limited to Intelligent Systems, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Systems, Fuzzy Logic, Neural Networks, Digital Signal Processing, Sensor Array and Multichannel Processing, Geographical Information Systems.
