Project Details

An environmental monitoring system was performed which allowed the acquisition, analysis and pattern recognition of noise and vibration in urban areas and facilities of interest . Ten critical zones at the City of Mexico were characterized. The system includes the data adquisiction of noise and vibration by means of specific devices. All methods and the software were developed during project development and they include signal acquisition tasks, digital processing, pattern recognition and network connectivity and Internet. Several master students with thesis linked to this project have been graduated with Honourable Mention. Several scientific papers have been published in JCR journals.
